our team & board of directors

We are governed by an active honorary Board of Directors which oversees our activities. Our
programmes are implemented by a team of 54 young, motivated professionals.
Additionally, our operations are supported by four local and four German interns, and by 80
youth, our vocational trainees, who gain valuable on-the-job experience, increasing their
employability.
